Reproducing: Sharp Instruments for Classifying Compliers and Generalizing Causal Effects

As part of UW Biostat class Biostat 572, I reproduce a paper by Ed Kennedy and colleagues on sharpness of an instrumental variable, which characterizes the strength of an instrument as a function of participant characters.
